Duncan's earlier career highlights include key operational leadership at Jumbo Supermarkten and C1000, along with a notable stint as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Duncan holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BSc in Natural Sciences from Durham University. He is currently on sabbatical.
